This Refund Policy applies to all laboratory research materials purchased through the Super Restore Labs website and describes the conditions under which return requests, refund consideration, and replacement requests may be reviewed and processed.
Return Eligibility
Due to the handling requirements associated with laboratory research materials, returns are only accepted for unopened and unhandled items in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and are subject to review and approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Claims involving damaged, incorrect, or compromised orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Super Restore Labs reserves the right to review all claims prior to approval of replacement or refund consideration.
Refund Process
Refund consideration is subject to inspection, verification, and approval of returned materials. Processing timelines may vary based on payment provider requirements and order review procedures. Shipping-related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Super Restore Labs.
Non-Refundable Items
Materials that have been opened, handled, altered, improperly stored, or maintained outside recommended conditions are not eligible for return or refund consideration under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
Return requests must be submitted to support@superrestorelabs.com with the applicable order information and reason for the request. Approved returns will receive further processing instructions and return authorization documentation where applicable.
