U.S. shipping
Shipping is included at checkout for U.S. orders, with no minimum order value or shipping coupon required. Checkout currently accepts U.S. shipping destinations only. Orders are subject to researcher approval and order review.
Processing and delivery times depend on order review, availability and the carrier. For an update on an order or a delivery issue, email support@superrestorelabs.com with your order number.
Cancellation requests
To request cancellation before your order is dispatched, email support@superrestorelabs.com with your order number and “Cancellation request” in the subject line. A request is effective only when our team confirms that the order has been cancelled. We cannot guarantee cancellation once dispatch has begun.
If a paid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund the cancelled items to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider. After dispatch, return and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
